From clinic to classroom: Your first steps in oral health education

A relaxed, conversational webinar for clinicians exploring teaching pathways

Guest panelists: Tabitha Acret & Amelia Seselja

Are you curious about moving into teaching or education, but unsure where to start?
This warm, accessible panel discussion brings together oral health educators from universities, private education companies, and industry to share how they got started — and what they wish they had known earlier.

If you’ve ever thought “I’d love to teach one day… but I don’t know how to break in”, this session is for you.

In this 60‑minute panel conversation, you’ll gain:

✔     A realistic understanding of how clinicians enter education

✔     Insights into the different pathways: university, private providers, and industry

✔     Lessons learned from people who have walked the path

✔     Encouragement, clarity and simple next steps to get started

✔     A supportive space to ask questions and explore what’s possible

This session is designed to feel approachable, demystifying, and rooted in real experiences.
